Warm up cards to aid KS3 pupils to plan and lead a warm up as individuals or in small groups. Pupils can use the cards to dip in and out of for ideas or follow the cards step by step. Stop watches can be given to pupils putting them in charge of timings of each exercise.

Cards used for recent Ofsted, pupils working in a small group chose a card at random, they were then responsible for setting up and conducting the test. On completion of the test the group leader assessed participants performance and the participants assessed leaders qualities.
This resource can be used as a poster or a handout for pupils. It gives a step by step guide to the passing technique with developments and levels. The school badge can be changed to your own, and the resource can be used as a template to apply to other sports
